A&E TV producers shoot and go into production for an entire year. They create fourteen episodes of Rollergirls, featuring the old Bay City Bombers banked track and the stellar skills of five year veterans, Austin's (TXRD) Lonestar Rollergirls. In eight weeks the show is cancelled.

This movie has brief opening scene with stunt skaters like Laura Weintraub, Gwen Miller and Stacey Blitch while the camera centers in on Cameron Diaz as a T-Bird. Laura and Stacey are called back by the producers to appear as extras in a beach scene.
1950: Fireball - Movie.
A 1950s serious film with a heart-warming plot staring Mickey Rooney. Mickey's stunt skater is played by Roller Derby's great, BERT WALL. This is a collectors gem.

World Roller Federation.
In 1989 to 1990, a league named the WRF (World Roller Federation) shot and produced 12 television shows and one hell of a promotional video titled ROLLER DERBY WARS.
The most famous names in roller derby are in these DVD's
